I answered your other question. I hope it satisfied you. Birth asphyxia took place when he was born, when he did not breathe within one minute of birth. This led to less oxygen reaching the brain and brain damage. This can lead to cerebral palsy, in which a child is spastic or floppy and may have delayed development. He has infantile spasms and needs an anticonvulsant. You do not say how slow he is, and what is his developmental age. He will remain a special child, and you will have to accept this fact, however painful it may be. He will have to be trained by special methods. Give the anticonvulsant drug regularly, to control fits, until he is fit- free for 2 to 3 years.
