Yes, he can get a bad rash. I am shocked that he isn't crying because it is burning him . For one, you need to tell the parents that they need to be responsible and pick up there son when they say that they are going to and two, how can they have a three and a half year old still in diapers? If you are to afraid to change his diaper maybe you have a friend or a neighbor that can do it for you so that way your both happy. You have to remember that he is just a little boy and doesn't know any better. By the way....... if your babysitting him and he is running around so you say. why are you on the pc instead of keeping an eye on him? They can get into a lot of mischief in a little bit of time.If the parents don't come home in the next hour or so you should call the police and make a report that they parents said that they were to be gone only 30 minutes and haven't been back yet and it's been over 5 hours that they are late. The parents need to get a visit by social services. How many diaper did they leave you with for a 30 min. watch. That way you can tell how long they planned on being gone because someone doesn't leave 10 diapers for 30 min. Good luck to that poor innocent little boy.

Ok..first off..call the kid's parents and tell them to come home.

Second...call your wife and tell her to come home.

Put on some gloves and a scarf over your nose and mouth and remove the kid's diaper. Put the diaper in a plastic bag outside in the trash. A warm shower will help his butt feel better. Stay with him the whole time while he's in the shower.

Put a clean diaper on the kid. Not so gross since the kid will be somewhat clean at this point. Use diaper rash cream on baby's butt if the parents left some. Squirt the cream onto a butt wipe and then wipe the cream all over baby's butt.

If none of the above work, call any other friend you may have (like a neighbor, or your mom) in the area and ask them to help you. If your mom lives nearby, she might be the only one who will help you and not judge you.

I hope for the sake of this child that you decide to remove his diaper, give him a bath and just put another diaper on him, if his boom boom is red, which it probably is by now, if the parents left any ointment put some on before replacing the diaper, if they didn't and you have Vaseline the petroleum jelly kind, not the scented lotion stuff, it can also relieve his rash....have it out with the parents if you want, for leaving him that long with you, but take care of the child....what if they got into an accident or something, should the child stay in dirty diapers indefinitely? NOT...
Be kind, do the right thing, change the baby as soon as possible,
so what he's three....that's his parents fault not his...thank you for listening to all of us here on ya

Change the poor child. Take the dirty diaper outside so it doesn't stink up the house. If you have to take the kitchen garbage out anyhow, throw it in there and take out the kitchen garbage (one less trip outside). Call your wife and tell her to get her butt home and take care of the kid since she is the one who invited them. Don't make the child suffer. Diaper rashes hurt like the h e l l and take a while to heal up.

it is not only unacceptable this is abusive. How would you opt to ought to sit down down on your own poop for 9 hours? no longer very a lot i'm constructive. the newborn is curiously too youthful to safeguard the region by using itself. also, imagine about the micro organism that may strengthen and how ill this newborn would have become due for your overlook. placed a clamp on your nostril and adjust the diaper! upon getting wiped clean the adverse newborn up placed the grimy diaper in a plastic bag, tie it up and placed it in the waste basket. Oh, and by using how, do not babysit anymore and for goodness sakes, haven't any children of your own ... you aren't to any extent further cut back out for it. you're a baby abuser!

Guess you'll have to learn to change a diaper, won't you? Many 3 1/2 year olds are still in diapers... good thing you aren't a preschool teacher! It shouldn't matter if the kid is yours or not- be a decent human being to another human being.

You better be kidding about this.

If you're not, Man up and change the diaper. Right now you could probably be charged with neglect. I hope you don't ever plan on having kids.

The kid's probably got a horrible rash right now. If you're not going to change diapers, don't babysit.

Have you tried calling the parents to see where they are.

So I have now read over all your questions you have posted in the past few hours.

I have come to the conclusion that you are a complete tool. You have posted the same question numerous times in different headings just to see the reaction.

I strongly suggest you take a page out of your own notebook and throw yourself in the trash. I'll take a poopy diaper over you any day.

Have a Merry Christmas.

I understand your upset with the parents but please don't take it out on the child he didn't ask to be here. Don't put the child in the bath either!!! Change the diaper, and yes probably by now the child has a rash too. Do me a favor, don't agree to watch anyone's kid if you don't change diapers.

I just hope that when are an old man and helpless that some wonderful person like yourself leaves you in your diaper for hours on end.
Listen it is not the child's fault, just like it is not yours. Get some rubber gloves and a scarf over your face and MAN UP and change the poor child. Take it out on the parents if they ever show up again.
This is why people have cell phones. Call them and ask them when they are coming back.
