Go to My Computer and right click "C" drive and right click properties and left click disk clean up. Also go to www.ccleaner and download their free program and run that. It is a small program that does not take much room, (just a few KBs) Also do a search and type in Prefetch all file and folders and open that and and delete the prefetch contents.

Open up your file explorer and right click on the drive. There should be a tools tab there that should have the disk tools options like clean up, disk check and defrag.

If you don't have access to your recycle bin, you should first do a reboot. Turn the computer off via the Green Start button. Then do a system restore. (Start / programs / system tools/ system restore. Good luck
