people say depression is a chemical imbalance, to an extent, they are right. I have been diagnosed as "depressed" when i was 13. I chose everyday that im going to have a great day. Its all in your state of mind. dont sit at home all day and feel sorry for yourself, it makes it worse. Change the way you think. if sad things pop into your mind, change the channel in your head. go out and do things that you like to do, and stop feeling sorry for yourself. nobody likes going to pitty parties

i love your analogy. type of like going 100 mph and preventing in a vacuum with in problem-free words a hardship that you received't get out. i imagine the way you sense is generic for the situation. when you're waiting for effects, initiate searching for yet another paralegal pastime. it truly is something to keep you busy till you bypass. seek for suggestion from out of your instructors. perhaps they have a lead or can help you locate an internship. examine with the county courts or DAs place of work. they'd have something. And, when you're doing all this, go over to the coastline or out contained in the hills (the position ever in CA that you're) and spend sometime slowing down and playing a first basic or sundown, the straightforward issues that encompass you. Take hikes, wander around the nearest city or the subsequent one over. Do the issues that you many times wanted you need to do once you had no time to do them. The sparkling air and exercising might want to help boost your spirits. quickly adequate you'll listen that you handed and be off searching for an enduring pastime which will come w/various of labor hours lower back.

Well...I, being a girl myself know what it's like to depressed over a love who seems to like you but acts otherwise. I think that you need to talk to this girl, and finally find out if you are right about her feelings. Just ask her right out. But be careful about what you say girls tend to get touchy if you say something wrong. If you do not want to see a doctor, talk to someone near to you. Pick someone who is trustworthy. You think that you are ruined, but are you really? Or do you think this because you are missing this girl? Call her up...and tell her that you care so very much about her. Or you can write her a letter and send it in the mail. Become in touch with her feelings and find out who she really is. And don't do anything stupid...to yourself or to her!!!!!!

Don't let anyone talk you into taking anti-depressants. Anti-depressants are for people who have an imbalance of neurotransmitters that cause depression. You, my friend, are suffering what is called a "broken heart". It will get better. Good luck.

exercise - try running or become involved in a sport. It will raise the level of endorphins in your body which give you that feeling of euphoria, a similar feeling as to when you laugh. Good luck

i've been depressed for almost 5 years, and you can you WILL get through this. you can try some breathing exersises, try being around friends more, and talk to your girl about it, and tell her that it's serious. ask her advice about what you should do. trust me, talking to people and being around LOTS of people really does work.
