I have been lifting alot for about 3 months now and i have grown some and I have noticed these wierd pains every so often but its not the muscle it feels more so in my bones. It feels exactly like growing pains the ones I would get when I was a teen and growing .

Try drinking more milk or take clacium supplements, your bones ache because your growing fast and your body is craving more calcium.

Th muscle could be moving from the bones. You could be straining yourself as well or be dehydrated.
