A warm bath or apply a hot flannel directly onto the area will draw out the pus and bring it to a head. Be careful though if it is a boil as it can be dodgy to try to burst these before they are ready xxxxxxxxx

Get yourself an empty heat-proof container, a tablet bottle or something that size, take the lid off, poor boiling water into it, tip the water out again, and while the container is still hot place the opening firmly over the affected area and the heat inside the bottle will help draw and poison to the surface. I can't stress strongly enough that you need to be careful with boiling water and make sure it is all tipped out before placing any bottle or container against your body.

Toothpaste can help dry out a spot, or you could nip to your local pharmacy and get some magnesium sulphate paste - very good at drawing out pus - be careful where you get it!
Alternatively, you can try applying a warm flannel to the area to help draw it out.
Bonjela on the area can help ease the discomforte a bit.

There was an old trick years ago - i think you soak a bit of bread in hot water and hold it against it and the yeast brings it out so you can give it a bit of a squeeze. Don't know if this works as i've never tried it though!

You could try putting some moisturizer on it. or even just cover it with a band aid. Also, does this re-occur? If it does, you should definitely go to the OBGYN to get checked for HPV, a sexually transmitted disease that could put you in higher risk for cervical cancer. If your thighs just rub together all the time, then ask your doctor for some advice on preventing this. Baby powder usually workd well with this.

you sure it's a spot? could be a staph infection... hope it's not! don't do anything to it, you could drive the infection (whether it's a spot or not) deeper into your skin.
if you a) don't see action in a week's time (or b) do, and it's not like anything you've seen before), see a doc. if it's weird they'll test it and give you the right antibiotics; if it's just a spot, you might be able to get a shot of cortisone to reduce the swelling etc.

Put some moisturiser that contains vitamin D, it will help speed the healing, apart form that not much. If you mess with it too much it might get worse and be around for longer,

Your doctor will tell you these are very common. They will go away by themselves normally but if it is inflamed and sore then a course of antibiotics will solve the problem. They are not serious.
