Did you have collision coverage? Was the accident your fault? If you have collision coverage then the insurance co will cut you a check to repair your car or replace it (if totalled).
If you dont have collision coverage and the accident WAS your fault.. you have to buy a new car from your own money.
If you dont have collision the accidend WASNT your fault, you can sue the other party for the damage.

Same way you got the last one. Buy it! Assuming it was insured, just take the insurance proceeds and buy another one.
