yea unless its wet you shouldnt put hairspray in wet hair...

well if you want to snap off little pieces of it...because remember most hair spray stiffens the hair shafts...so blowing it and brushing/ seems like it's going to break it

Not really cos it will be hard and sticky. Best to use after you have blow dried.
