turn him in to the police. in most places if a person has hiv or aids and aware of it, but continue to have unprotected sex, it is considered attempted murder if you just have HIV and you actually get murder in the 1st degree if you have aids.

Contact health authorities and police! It is a criminal offence!

Tell ur friend that u are going to contact the police about him if he doesnt stop NOW. Inform those people he delibrately gave HIV about his condition so that they can have tests done and undergo treatment.

Seriously? Wow...that's attempted murder. I would no longer call that person "friend" first of all. Secondly I would scream to the hills to anyone that would listen - their partners, mutual friends, parents, police.

That is just WRONG.

I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings, but what if YOU were on the receiving end of that kind of bs?

Tell him he's/she's going to be arrested. Because he/she is. That's a serious offense if he/she keeps on doing what he's/she's doing.

You should probably call the police, especially if he/she has already spread it to somoene.

If your "friend" won't listen to reason, either report him to the police, or, in desperation, end him/her. It's a crime to do it willingly and deliberately.

How would you stop your friend who are killing people and still keep on doing it - you will go to the police wouldn't you? If you don't do anything about it, you are just as guilty of this crime as he/she is.

Wow, He/She should know that that disease kills. If you can't help your friend from doing this, then help spred the word that people do this sort of thing out of spite/anger/jealousy, hatred, etc...please don't be silent about this. They might inflict many people with a terrible disease.

You can't - it's a choice they have made. The most you can do is try to convince them to change their mind - you have no right to forcibly make anyone do anything though.

you didn't say what your friend is doing, but if it is what I think it is than you have to go to the authorities. your friend is deliberately giving people a possiable death sentence.
