Why don't you try a medium length bob, or you could get your hair layered all around your whole head so that it adds volume and bounce instead of just straight hair. I think both of these styles would look great because thick hair makes them look great. I'm a black female and I have naturally curly hair that has a very thick texture when it's straight. I had my hair cut in a medium length bob last year and it was beautiful. My thick hair made it look nice. My hair has grown out a lot since then and I just got it cut into layers yesterday because it was just one straight length. You can still have your long hair with layers. Just look at some magazines and get ideas if you can't make up your mind, and then take the pictures with you to the beauty salon. Good luck!

I feel for you i have always had really thick and long hair it looks good but is really annoying if you want to do anything with it!!

i have always left my hair as it is simply because I know lots of girls would love to have my style hair think of how many 'thickening' shampoos and stuff there are on the shelves.

probably if you do want to get it cut I would ask the hairdresser exactly wot style would suit your face and the thickness of your hair after all they havent spent 3 years training for nothing!! they would be able to give you the best ideas.. im not sure if your hair is curly or frizzy or long... but ermm I hope this helps.. its really difficult to tell without a pic of you or your hair but your best bet is to ask the hairdresser

You did not tell us how long is your hair and the type of hair you have. But, I guess you can just ask your hairdresser to thinned ut out for you.

look....u hv very nice hair.

thick hair is good,it looks beautiful if u put some oil or gel in ur hair.

trust me ,hairdressers do sometimes get too wisshy with ur hair and infact to do something that is bad for ur hair.

thick hair looks nicer if long, and fuzzy if short.try to keep it long and not cut short.

you are lucky to have nice thick hair
I'm not sure what the fashion is for a little girl
the hairdresser will know & give you a nice modern look

I guess layers would be cool. I'm 14 and I've got thick hair too....and layers. Trust me...there can't be anything better than that.

heyyy. yea. i have a cousin, who has really thick hair. DO NOT LAYER IT. bcuz when she layered it, it became even MORE POOFIER! so dont do that. just tell ur hairdresser to thin it out, and just ask him is th ere anyway you can cut my hair to make it thinner and better looking?

GOOD LUCK.

try telling your stylist of what your problem is.... they'll pick the right style for you and when you take a bath try using conditioner if possible... it can help letting your hair be more mantainable... also try having hot oil treatment once a month... it won't damage your hair.....
