Time To Grow (je N'ai Plus De Mots) - Lemar & Justine
("I have no more words")

Genre/Lang. : French

Last night I tried but I couldn't sleep,
(Un mauvais jour qui se lève), "A bad day getting up"
I was lonely and I needed you next to me,
(Quand la vie n'a plus de rêves) "When life has no more dreams")
I never meant to do you wrong,
(Et c'est la fin qui résonne), "And it's the end which reverberates"
I hope you won't be gone too long/ No.

Where do I go,
(J'ai plus de mots), "I have no more words"
What do I do,
(J'ai plus le gout), "I have no more taste"
I can't deny I still feel something, And girl, I wish,
Et je sais que tu le sais, "And I know what you know"
You've broken the bond,
(Même si je t'aime), "Even if I love you"
I gotta move on,
(Même si je sais), ("Even if I know")
But how do I end this lonely feeling?,
You've gone,
(Je pars), "I'm going"
I'm here,
(Ailleurs), "Elsewhere"
Alone,
I guess it's time to grow.

Justine & (Lemar)
Ce qui arrive, notre histoire restera inachevée, "What's happening is that our story remains incomplete"
(Like you never knew I was there),
Tu te bats non seulement je préfère m'en aller, "You are struggling not only do I prefer to go"
(Can we make love re-appear?),
Tes larmes ne vont plus rien changer, "Your tears aren't going to change anything"
(And now all is said and done),
Il faudra nous reconstruire et apprendre à aimer. "I think we have to reinvent ourselves and learn to love"

Where do I go,
(J'ai plus de mots), "I have no more words"
What do I do,
(J'ai plus le gout), "I have no more taste"
I can't deny I still feel something,
(De rester jusqu'au bout), "To remain to the end"
And girl, I wish,
Et je sais que tu le sais "And I know that you know it"
You've broken the bond
(Si je tais), "If I keep silent"
I gotta move on
(Si je sais), "Yes, I know"
But how do I end this lonely feeling?
You've gone,
(Je pars), "I'm going"
I'm here,
(Ailleurs), "Elsewhere
Alone
I guess it's time to grow.

Crying time is over,
Gardons de nous le meilleur, "Let's keep the best of ourselves"
Feelings If she won't return, Then I guess I'll be a man and move on.
Time to grow , And move on
Make life better than it was before
and move on.

(Lemar)
Make love better than I did before,
Ne me retiens pas je pars, "Don't hold on to me, I'm leaving"
Time to grow, And move on,
Make life better than it was before,
(Je t’aime bien plus que tu crois). "I love you a lot more than you think".

Though you've gone , Je pars, alone "I'm going"
I guess it's time to grow.

I've translated the French bits and I would say that they don't really amount to a song. I would see the bilingual aspect as showing the dichotomy between the persons involved, who have split up.
