I have just moved into a new place which is owned by a bloke. We get on really well to say that we have only know each other a couple of months. The thing is everytime we have a drink or get drunk we end up kissing and fooling around although haven't had full sex. I really want to and so does he but I keep on stopping it from happening because at the end of the day he is my landlord. He is single and so am i. Is it wrong?????

It would depend on what would happen if you got together then split up. Would he kick you out? you have to think about all of these things? But if you really like him as a person aswel, and not just as your landlord then yeah i would say wait and see what happen with the both of you.

Firstly i would ask why you are drinking with your Landlord. I hate having to deal with my landlord - i hate giving him money!!! If he is isn't taking advantage of you and you like him, go for it chick, but make sure hes not a sleaze who does this with all his tenants!!!!

as long as you both can be adults about it it will be fine you sound like you get along well and you just have to keep tell him that no matter what happens between you both it isnt going to change the houseing arrangment

If you're doing everything but have sex, you might as well just have sex as well. If you think having sex is immoral, than so is what you're doing now anyway, so your contradicting yourself a bit.

Just do it. And then move out.

i think as long as you both really are single, then why not give it a try? but if it's not working out, then you need to find a new place to live....

I don't think it matters if he is your land-lord,your milkman, or the mayor, who cares....the only problem would be if you did have sex and things went wrong later he might evict you or something stupid eh?
