What is the affect of neurontin on nerve damage, does it repair the problem or just mask the pain symptoms?

Masks the pain but doesn't repair the damage. I have nerve damage in my back and leg...there is nothing so far that can repair nerve damage...they can only treat the pain. There are nerve burnings they can try and other injections but as I said nothing repairs the nerve damage.

It thins down the pocketbook, and keeps you from being able to pee more than one drop at a time.

My cousin took it after chemotherapy caused her crippling neuropathy. After three months of use, there was no progress with the neuropathy, and she couldn't pee. When she dropped the med, she eventually could pee again.
