My vet has always told me these warning signs to say when
they need to be checked:

Not eating
Not drinking
Not eliminating (peeing/pooping)
Any sudden change in behavior (You know when they're 'not
right').

Take the kitten in. Please.

check your kitties gums, they should be a bright, healthy pink. If they are dull and whiting out, then you need to get the kitty to the vet.

It might be something you are feeding the kitten. Its only 3 months, make sure you have a good kitten formula, you could soften it a bit with some water to help him digest.

If he is still drinking water and still playing around, I dont think that is anything serious. If the behavior doesnt change within a few days, go ahead a make a vet appt.

Worms would make the kitty eat alot. And you would see the worms in his feces.

He may have worms. The best thing to do of course is take kitty to the vet - even though kitty is still playing and all. Whatever is bothering him could get worse if you wait it out.

Please take your kitten to the vet immediately. He is sick. Get some good advice from the vet on what kinds of kitten food he should be eating at this time.

Give him little amount of food, but frequent.

My cat has this problem too.
