You have made statements but reading between the lines you are asking "is there high hope for me to take skilled migration in Australia"?
Check for licence reciprocity. If not how much work will it take to get a licence in Australia(check with the authority in Australia).
If possible keep your company going in VietNam(see a good lawyer).
Check whatever else you can with proper authority.
Make an informed decision(VietNam consulate in Australia may be able to throw some light).
Go personally and check things out, then shut your company in VietNam or operate in both countries.
