My fiance is from over sea. She was borned and grew up in Vietnam, but currently she is in Japan right now under a working Visa. We been together for over 2 years and now (finally) we are trying to plan our wedding to get married. But, how does the the process work?

She came to visit me a few time in the past as well, so basically she can obtain a visa to come visit the US as well. Now, would it be ok to arrange a wedding in the US and she married me here? Does she needs anything type of proper paper works before hand? How can she legally married me and moves over here to live with me? I have been trying to search for answers over the net but, I think I am looking at all the wrong sites.

Please Help!

You need to talk to a good attorney who deals strictly with these type issues. Holmes and Lolly out of La Jolla California are the best.

You have three choices:
File for a K1 visa, the fiancé visa. It takes about 6 months to obtain it from the time the service center receives the I-129F to the interview at the embassy of the country where she lives. If accepted she sill have to come to the US within 6 months, and get married to you withing 90 days of her arrival in the US.

You can marry her overseas and file for a K3/ spouse visa.

She can come as a visitor to marry you, but in tha case, be aware that it's better to get married in the last month of a 90 day stay, because coming to the US to get married without the appropriate visa is considered visa fraud. If you get married in the first month, the immigration will be very suspicious, less in the 2nd month, and a bit less in the 3rd. So if you choose to do that, she will have to say that she is coming to visit, and you might have to prove to the immigration that getting married was a desicion you made during her stay.
Then you'll have to file for an AOS (adjustment of status).

Good luck.

if you are in the US ? you must ask immigration for a fiance visa
How Does a Fiancé(e) Visa Work?

If you are an American citizen and you want your foreign fiancé(e) to travel to the United States to marry you and live in the U.S., you must file Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) in the United States.

Filing the Petition

You must file the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Form I-129F, with the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office that serves the area where you live. See the Department of Homeland Security's USCIS Field Offices for information on where you can file the petition. Note: You cannot file this petition at an embassy, consulate or U.S. immigration office abroad.

After the USCIS approves the petition, it sends the petition to National Visa Center for processing, prior to sending it to the embassy or consulate where your fiancé(e) will apply for a K-1 nonimmigrant visa for a fiancé(e).

here is the official page for you to read and get the form :
