I've found some Nutrisse lying around in the bathroom, it seems to be one of those "Do-it-yourself" hair colouring products for women, but is it able to be used by men? I mean logically men and women's hair is the same, so the answer should be yes, but I'm not sure, has any guy used something similar (aimed at women) before?

Not got any hair left so no, but my ex-girlfriend worked for L'Oreal and I am sure it works on all hair. The marketing for L'Oreal and Garnier is primarily for women particularly for these types of products as it is normally women who will dye their hair, but men can use it of course. Results are not however guaranteed!

I used to only go to professional salons because everytime I tried to dye my hair myself it would turn out brassy and not the color i wanted. DONT GO TO THE GROCERY STORE or convenience stores to get your hair dye. If there is a sally's beauty supply shop near you, go there. I recommend ION hair dye. It works great.

There is no warning about men using the hair dye. I use it to streak my hair and have no hassles about it. When ladies ask me about it, I tell them excatly how I streak my hair myself and a lot of guys even ask me to streak their hair. There is no big deal about it.

That is not a question of just what other people "like" or not. You have to take many things directly into consideration, before jumping from one ending of the spectrum to the some other. It helps to understand your coloring. Are you neutral, warm or great? The undertones in your skin will certainly compliment your hair
