All three of my daughters are currently sick right now but I'm thinking back to a time when I was a little girl (8 years old). All six of my family members were sick... vomiting, coughing, diarrhea... with one bathroom. It was miserable! Especially for my mama. She took care of us with her bucket in hand. Our house wreaked of sickness. My grandpa brought orange juice, soup, Lysol (lots of it :) ), crackers, 7up, popcycles and medicine. He dropped them off on the porch. lol Anyway, the only supplies we used for the first 2 days were Lysol, popcycles, 7 up and medicine. It was the worst flu EVER! We were all sick for about 5 days. Our house stunk! I feel what you're experiencing. It will end. Look at the bright side... everyone has it at once and will get over it soon. It's better than stretching everyone out to have it for several days. I hope you feel better soon and drink plenty of liquids. God bless!

This is what my wife and I do when the kids start coming around with the kids with runny noses and coughing. We start adding a cap full of Hi-Lex Bleach to our dishwash liquid and start rinsing with a little in it. We use it to wipe down the counter tops and everywhere else.
All doorknobs, everything they touch gets wiped down, They do the same at home, it helps.
You can only do so much.

Because we have had such strange weather up and down with the temp. Everybody is getting sick. Same thing in my house. My son rarely is ever sick and he is in bed out of it. It is rough and it takes a long time to recover.

Sick too

Well, well. First I would like to say that what comes around goes around. You gave such a mature answer to my question that I thought I would like to extend the ignorance your way. BURN DOWN THE HOUSE.

Being a viral infection, the flu should go away on its own after it has run its natural course. You just have to be patient. Good thing it's a viral infection only.
