The thing is a human beeing, you fool!
And I wonder how much intelligence does one need to understand the need to handle the situation...here's a quick guide: Calm the toddler a bit, lay him down, get a clean diaper, remove the dirty one and make sure to clean him - even if it is against your free will, and put the new diaper on.
I wonder who you'd feel if you were in the situation to need help.

LOL...I'm surprised that you're even married?! Why do people get married? Apparently to have their own family..so what will you do when you have your own kid? Call the kid "it" and throw "it" in the garbage? You can't be serious?! By the way, I'm sure the kid has a gender. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone to call you "it". LOL....this is hilarious because obviously you're a moron!

He or she is a child, not a thing - please use the proper pronouns for a human - he, she, him, her. You get the point.
Just change the diaper and when these people come back tell them that they have obviously left their child with and incompetent and uncaring person. Politely request they never do that again - for their child's sake.
added:
After the child is gone - Please check to make sure your bc is 100% effective. There are enough abused and neglected children for our society to care for.

The baby is innocent do what is right for them. Do not seem disgusted with the kid they will not understand and be hurt by your reaction. Please be positive with the kid and take responsibility for helping them be clean and comfortable. It is not their fault if parents are irresponsible.

Are you sure he/she is 3? You just want to get a rise out of people? You know you are either trying to get rises out of us or going to go to jail.
