The best thing to do is go to Mexico, master the dialect. Gain some experience as a fruit picker, custodian, or work in a hot, crowded factory. Then approach the porous border somewhere along the southwestern US. If you prefer a water-crossing, wade across the Rio Grande in to Texas. If you would like to cross by land, you have your option of anywhere from California to New Mexico. But first if you take these options beware of a few things. First, we have vigilante groups that will try to stop you; secondly, be prepared to work for less than minimum wage with an employer that could be arrested for illegal immigration hiring practices, and third, don't move to Farmers Branch, TX. You will not be welcomed.
Seriously, the best way to come to the US is call the US Embassy in your nation and get timely information on the LEGAL process. Don't take my initial suggestions seriously. It's just that illegal immigration is becoming a serious, major issue in this country. Please do it the right way or stay home...

It does'nt matter what nationality you are,but I'm pretty sure you will have to pick one nation you hold an allegiance to. If you enter the US legally, you should have no problem. If you want to become a citizen, you can have only one nation you hold an allegiance to. And it can't be Australia, or Spain. Both are fine countries, but the US does not support dual citizenship.
