let's see, i just dropped 2 lbs within the past few days because i haven't been really eating as much, I've been snacking on chips or pistachios or i wait until i get home from work. when i drink coffee and water , it helps curb my appetite. i just finished my phentermine diet a few weeks ago, i did it for 2 months and lost over 13 lbs even though i didn't really exercise like i should have. it's taught me to control my eating. i drink plenty of water . there's also a 10 day lemonade cleanse diet a lot people are doing now (you're not supposed to eat during this diet). they say that you can lose at least 5 lbs in a week. after the holidays, I'm going to try this diet next, if i lose 10 more lbs I'll be back in a size 7 jeans. remember drink lots of water. if u get tired of plain water, mixed it with Krystal light it only has five calories. good luck for you!

Well, technically, the quickest way would be liposuction. But I wouldnt recommend it.
Do loads of exercise for a week and you could lose that much. Possibly. It would be the quickest and healthiest way to do it too.

you sound like a healthy person so there probalby isnt a great need for you to lose this fat. maybe you should try to relax and not worry about how you look as much? women worry way too much about this stuff these days. anyway, if you really want to lose fat, you should exercise harder than you usually do (like a lot harder, really push yourself) and probably exercise for longer too. then cut down on carbohydrates and fat - eat less generally but particularly less of these. some people say to eat more fat, but that is bad for your heart.

take some ex-lax pills for a couple days then poo for a week straight and that should do the trick......but I would not stress on 7 lousy pounds... I could stand to loss like 107 lbs so you should be thankful little Missy

Just eat fruit and veg, no meat, no junk. And do a little more exercise like running or rowing is a great way to lose weight

Cut out all fats, even in cooking. Cut out all carbohydrates such as potatoes. Cut out all alcohol. Cut out all sugars especially when in cooking(Cakes etc). As long as you do not substitute these items with more food then the weight will drop off.
