Where would you say Upper Manhattan starts?

Above Central Park or Below

Upper Manhattan is definitely anything above the park at 110th Street.

However, the Upper East/West Sides start well below that, probably anything above East/West 60th Street.

Personally, I think East/West 86th Street is definitely upper Manhattan.

about 110th Street.. the North end of the park.
