I used to use a treadmill, but it ****** up my knee! According to my Doc a treadmill is not a good form of exercise as it causes a lot of impact on the knee, he also said that he would not recommend jogging or running. Elliptical or stationary bikes are good because of the low impact on your joints, walking is also fine.

Stationary bike and treadmill is harder on the knees. Elliptical trainer seems to give me a better workout without the stress on the joints. Oranges are loaded with Vitamin C which keeps your immune system healthy and helps to ward off colds and flu.

I personally prefer the ellipitcal trainer. It burns the most calories of the three. As far as oranges go, they are high in vitamin C, and, if you really did eat six of them, you won't have to worry about constipation for awhile!

all of those machines are good, and trading off with them is the best way to get a well rounded workout. your body gets complacent and bored if you do the same routine over and over. you have to change it up every 8-10 weeks or so! if your knees don't bother you, i'd say try one machine for a few weeks, then switch to another one, etc. the same thing applies to weight lifting, change up the routine every few months.
