Why can't you find an old Dodge truck in a junk yard.
Are these the ones that people store in wood lines and behind their houses to rust the death so they die with honor? or is there a Dodge Heaven? where they go to just fade away? Does Dodge buy up all the old ones rebuild them and send them to 3rd world countries? or rebuild them as Fords? F(d) O(ver) R(ebuilt) D(odge).
Or is Dodge truly the longest lasting Truck on the Road? Ford and Chevy just won't admit it. When ford and Chevy says longest lasting does it mean in a junkyard where they sit and rust for days.

Where do Dodge Trucks go?

Don't Dodge it RAM it ;-)
I prefer to say that Dodge trucks just keep getting fixed and driven. FORD is the longest lasting, in junkyards, they just seem to sit and slowly rust away.
I think the real answer would be that aftermarket parts, both body and mechanical, are easily found for Chevy and Ford so not so many people picking over them in junkyards. Dodge parts are harder to find so the junked trucks get picked over faster. Salvage yards don't normally keep a vehicle for ever and ever. Once all the good parts are sold or removed the rest is sold for scrap metal when the prices for old metal are high.

im sorry, i only ought to giggle... searching at your avatar and then imagining that avatar driving a truck like it is kinda funnny. yet heavily, do you also rigidity the truck? if so then only enable him understand you'll sense stupid driving a macho truck like that. in case you do not rigidity it, he probable gained't see what the large deal is, so only tell him you dont sense tender/dont want all that crap on there, i propose, what in case you want to borrow it? plus you're figuring out to purchase it too, so that you DO have some say of what is going on.... in case you both are a ways adequate into your courting that you're sharing a truck fee, then it really is going to be open adequate that you'll only come precise out and tell him. if he's tender, or receives indignant, only make constructive you dont call his little "enhancements" stupid or some thing, he will maximum likely get disenchanted.

this is simple : look check it out when a dodge dies and goes to the junk yard ford buys all of them and studies and turns that ok dodge into a ford and thats where the term ****** Over Rebuilt Dodge comes from while the owner kicks himself saying "i should of bought a chevy".

They're simply all still out there working. The 318 powered ones truly will not die. If you put an add in the paper for a good used 318 and a good used 350 chev, guess which one will not sell

dodges that can run never wind up in a junk yard.just the ones that have severe damage, like a bent frame, wind up there.otherwise they hang around sucking gas till they turn to dust an rust

DODGE TRUCKS DON'T LAST IN JUNK YARDS BECAUSE OTHER DODGE OWNERS NEED PARTS FOR THEIR TRUCKS , SO THEY BUY UP SALVAGED PARTS FROM THE BONE YARD. THERE IS BIG DEMAND FOR PARTS FOR DODGE TRUCKS.ON THE OTHER HAND, YOU WILL NEVER FIND ANY TOYOTA TRUCKS IN A BONE YARD, BECAUSE TOYOTAS NEVER DIE, JUST KEEP ON RUNNING FOREVER, AND THERE IS NO DEMAND FOR TOYOTA PARTS LIKE FOR DODGE, CHEVY OR FORD TRUCKS.

Dodge trucks are so poorly built that the dead ones don't make it to the salvage yards before getting raped of their parts.
