Hello, I've not actually been to Dominica, but Dominica is one of the Caribbean islands and I believe it is one of the Windward islands (and I've been to other windward islands).
It is small and is quite mountainous as it was a volcanic island. Its capital is Roseau and more than likely it would have winding, narrow roads with beautiful views and wonderful rainforests and clear-water rivers/streams.
