Come down to New Zealand! Sure, there is something to be said for a white Christmas, but you should have a Christmas barbecue lunch on the beach at least once in your lifetime! Then have a game of beach-volleyball, build a sandcastle, or just relax in the sun :-)

Germany and then Paris France. I lived right on the German border and was five or six hours away from Paris. Both are wonderful during Christmas. The fun thing about Europe is you can take the party train through all of the countries. During New Years you pay like fifty bucks and get on a train and eat and drink your way through different places.

have been distressed to see what has become of Christmas these days...Yes, it’s true!

I recently read that the White House no longer sends Christmas cards wishing recipients a "Merry Christmas". They hope you have a "happy holiday season", instead.

In Massachusetts, the mayor of Somerville apologized for calling the party a "Christmas party" and reminded everyone it was simply a holiday party.

I could go on and on, but I won't. When I look around me and see how empty and commercialized Christmas Celebrations have become, I realize I need to watch out for my own family Christmas celebrations. I may not be able to change the world, but I can add meaning to celebrating Christmas in my home. I can be sure to keep "Christ" in the center of my family's Christmas, and so can you!

Not only do I want to keep Christ in Christmas, I hope to spread goodwill to you. I know that some of you really struggle with Christmas and the days leading up to it.

That's never been an option of mine, so I've never given it any thought. If I had to choose a destination, I would probably pick the U.K., Ireland, Scotland, Italy and France. Have fun!
