Can anyone suggest a good middle name to go with Trystan, for a boy?

My wife is 8 months pregnant, and we are expecting a boy. When we got her sonogram at 5 months, to find the sex of the baby, we were told it was a girl. The next two times, we were still told it was a girl. That was two weeks ago! Today we went for ANOTHER free sonogram, the 3D kind... and the lady found out the baby had testicles!!! It's a boy!!! We had already had the shower, so all our clothes, stroller, crib, etc. is all for a girl. We already had the name Kassandra Dayana picked out for ""her"". Basically, the name we're gonna use now is Trystan. I just can't find a good middle name. Can anyone help?

Trystan Daniel, Trystan Allen, I think if it is a girl Trystan, or tristan would still be fine, I know a girl named Taylor-Anne, and it's fine for her. What about that girl named Dakota Fanning. Dakota is a boys name, but now many are using either sex for unisex type names. Trystan Allison, Tristan Marie, JenniferTrystan or Trystan Denise, Sarah Trystan, Trystan John, or John Trystan, Randy Trystan, Richard Trystan, Trystan Michael John.

I'm sorry, this is your baby and you have the right to give him any name you want, but if I was the baby and you named me Trystan, I would hate you for it!

Trystan is not a name for a boy and certainly not for the man he will become. He will be teased all through his school years by other boys who will consider this a "sissy name". I don't want to hurt your feelings or be critical of you.

What is your name? My name is Albert and I used to hate it because it wasn't "manly" enough. I insisted that everyone call me Al. What nick name will they call your son, "Try", "Trys", or "Tryst".

I know that some people name their children according to what is popular and for it to be unique. To me a name like John, James, or Peter (excuse the PUN), is rock solid masculine. But that's me.

I think that you need to think about these things and how your son's name will affect HIM in HIS life when you choose a name that will be with him ALL of HIS life.

I noticed that you have to have a "unique" spelling in each of the names you have picked out. PLEASE DON'T DO THAT. You may like it and want your child to be unique or different but you need to think about your child. My name is Brandi and every where I go I always have to correct people when spelling my name! They always assume it is with a "Y" "Brandy" it really is a pain! I had to correct teachers, legal documents, employers, coworkers and friends! Not to mention children love things that have their names on it! You many find the name Tristan, but you won't find the name Trystan. Not to mention when you spell it like that it really looks like TRY STAN, and that's not good cause that's great ammo for kids to tease your son, and that wouldn't be good.
To go with the name Tristan, I would recommend Christopher.

As well most stores will allow you to return outfits and things like that to them with no receipt as long as you only get a store credit. Which you can use to purchase boy clothing!

All depends on your surname - why not think about your name as a middle name / your father etc.. make it a special one for your child
