My hair still can't grow..

first off, i'm soooo sorry about that. i had the same thing happen to me 18 months ago, and my hair is just starting to come back to normal. obviously i switched stylists after the other one ruined my hair, and this new girl i go to immediately started using a power protein pack when i went in to get my hair cut. i think it's called Injection Force (?) i'm not positive on the name. however, it worked so well...it immediately got rid of the dry, straw-like feeling of my hair. she did have to use it for the first 6 months i was seeing her, and it costs $45 every time. (about every 6 weeks) however, coming from a fellow damaged hair girl, it worked! also, using a very very good damage shampoo called Kerastase also has brought my hair back. i cut way back on how blonde my stylist was bleaching me also. that helped too. hope this helps...but you need to find a stylist who is an expert on damaged hair for sure!

I would go to a stylist and tell them just that you had it done and had a bad experience with it. The chemicals that are used now are way different. She may also be able to give you some insight in what you can do to help it regrow.

massage your scalp with wheatgerm oil.
