hey i am a hindi medium students so my english is no up to mark , now i am doing my mba from bangalore and i am facing the problem so please help me how can i improve my english

also as an Asian, the problem with our english is our accent, we dont notice that when we speak English we always use the same accent as the way we speak Bangla, Hindi or Urdu.
Usually Asians have better knowledge of English but the problem is our accent and we speak too fast !, so forget about watching movies or thinking in English stuff…..just practice speaking with clear accent.
May be you can try these…
Watch international news like Al-jajira CNN BBC and try to repeat by yourself slowly!
I think the key is, try to speak SLOW and then you can able to pick up the accent quickly.

Get a CD on American English and listen to it and repeat after them. it really works to live in the USA, i worked there for a year and improved my English after just a few weeks. You have no choice if no one understands you.

see the best way is to talk n keep on talking in english with ur friends
no matter u make mistakes.
if ur frnds r true they will not make fun of u . it will improve ur engish surely.
u can read books n newspapers n whenever u come across any difficulty u can go through the dictionary for convinience u can keep pocket dictionary with u n go through dictionary whenever u r free. it ll improve your vocabulary.....
n ofcourse ask someone who knows better english how to pronounce certain words which r difficult or unknown to u..

hai good that you are in bangalore join some call centre training programme which is conducted for small duration they will teach you the accent of USA ,watch some TV channels like discovery ,CNBC,NDTV,IBN etc ,purchase some spoken english audio CDs practice.

to improve your English just join spoken English classes.Watching English news on BBC,NDTV,etc you can improve your English.Try to talk with your friends or neighbours in English that will improve your English.

If you know anyone who speaks it well, try to have conversations with them. Or, watch television shows/movies and try to pick up on it.
