Please explain in detail why you think that religion is the most discriminated against. Also if you have personal experiences that would be nice too.

Actually the only Nature based Pagan religion that's recognized by the Military is Wicca. They group all neopagan religions together under that same heading. But the VA does not recognize any Pagan religion and no you cant have a Pagan tombstone.

Moslems are the most persecuted religion in the United States right now...you saw what happened when a Moslem tried to pray on a plane. It was understandable what happened due to the fear that was created by the World Trade Center but nonetheless persecution.
In this day and age, I'm glad I'm not a dark skinned Moslem in America! Deserved or not...its still persecution.
The next most persecuted would be Wiccans (if they don't keep their beliefs to themselves).
Finally, I think non religious people can't walk around without being taunted and prostilized in public if they let the "cat out of the bag." Athiests/agnostics have an incredible hard time if they mention their beliefs.
Christians are able to voice their beliefs and are usually congratulated for them...very seldom is a Christian ridiculed or laughed at if they mention their faith anywhere. Even the president loudly announces his religious affiliation and the public votes for him as a result...that's NOT persecution in America...Christians are so privileged in the U.S. that even non Christians claim to be Christian just to keep from being harrassed. Just check Christian on that little box to declare religious affiliation and you'll probably get that job! President Bush did.

well my first answer was going to be that the atheist have it the hardest here in America but then i really thought about it and i realized that any religion that i snot some form of Christianity or Jewish get persecuted the most. would have to be the pagans and the Muslims. did you know that in the army you cannot have a pagan burial for any reason if you are a pagan in the military you can not even practice your religious beliefs they will not put it on your dog tags, if your pagan they will give you a christian burial despite you request for a pagan burial sooo yeah pagans are not cut any slack by the government in this country nor is it helped by the people of this country and then if you just read some of the questions you can tell that the Muslims are being blamed for something that they had no part in. even on this site you can see it. what is going on in Iraq and the middle east has nothing to do with all Muslims only the Muslim extremist

I think that the most persecuted religion in the US is definitely those who worship Satan. Everyone gives them a hard time about it. I have just gotten into the occult, and am beginning to be a sorcerer. I am only a begginner though. I am afraid to tell anyone because everyone thinks I am a christian.

Without a doubt, the muslims, and it's very sad. Ever since the 9/11 everything changed, and our government made people believe that all muslims are a threat to our country.

Jews and Muslims. The mess between them was created by American foreign policy, as traditionally it was better to be Jewish in Muslim North Africa than other parts of the world. Of course, the anger of militant Islamists from certain countries I can list off my finger is part of the problem but so is poverty, illiteracy, corruption and the religious authority forcing their beliefs on people.
Anyway, I feel that it is acceptable to discriminate against both. A lot of Arabs experience discrimination and the majority of Arab Americans, about 65 percent, are Christian.

I can't wait to see if the answers include the relgion that happens to have the most significant influence in the media, in business and in the White House.
It's hard to consider a religion to be being persecuted as well, if you've already made a good job of wiping most of out its members - so whatever the Native Americans believed seems a good bet.

Well, really depends on the location. In the bible belt zone you expect atheists for instance to have hard time! But it has nothing to do with the government as much as it is with the people themselves. I saw some of them complaining in a documentary called "Root of all evil?". Muslims are not prosecuted in the U.S., but may be treated as suspicious because of their middle eastern names or looks. I know I get checked for extra security screening because of my name, but that's only when I travel by plane.

Probably satanists... I have no personal experience with anyone who practices satanism. But, I also believe that there may be many worshippers who don't make themselves known.

at the moment i would say it's the muslims.
they get searched and questioned just because of their
religion. they can't board planes, buses, trains without being
searched and questioned.
the mindset is : if it's moslim, it's a terrorist.
