who asked u to hold the weight?. what type of weights r u holding on to. drop it. loose the weight!

Hi MaN, to reduce weight very quickly is not difficult but
it is really very difficult to maintain it.

If u hv never done exercises, better consult ur physician
before going for the followings:

1-If u r below 45 yrs, start doing jogging @ 5-6 km/hr
& go on increasing slowly till 10 to 12 km/hr.

2- You have to adopt new eating regime. Start eating
either steamed, boiled or raw vegetables. Vegetables contain mainly cabohydrates. You need some
proteins and fat also for which you can use an egg a day.

3- Use every day one multi-vitamin in order to compensate to the deficiency of any nutrients in ur newly adopted eating style.

In 3 to 4 months, u can reduce upto around 8-10 kg. Take care. Yong Kang

Have a bottle of pills (100 pills atleast). The pills should be of steel. Get up early in the morning. Empty the bottle on the floor. Now start picking the pills one by one and put them back into the bottle. Do this again in the evening. Repeat for 15 days and see the difference.

This itself is a very wrong thinking, because it cant be done so fast you have to do regular excercise with regular workouts in gyms and most importantly diet, oil and carbohydrate items should be avoided so it will not happen so fast, if you follow all the above mentioned things regularly, you will see yourself gradually reducing your weight.

one hour is more than enough, provided you use it do good workouts, here is this site for good weightloss exercises, also you should eat correctly, even if you burn 200-300 cal in the hour of workout, no point if you eat more, so check this site for natural weightloss that is easier to keep off

For best results : control your meal (don't eat oily food,eat more vegetables,fish & fruits),drink a lots of warm water and swimming everyday...
