from im 16years old till now my weight almost the same... pls help.. pls yahoo! pimp my weight hehehek

you need to eat lots of red meats and high protein foods such as eggs.

Basicially look at the atkins webpage and eat what they tell you too but also eat the things they tell you not too!!

a healty diet of mixed foods and excercise, you need to eat regular as well, lots of small snacks this will help keep the pounds on!

dont eat chips and things like that as your heart wont take it you need to excercise also!!!

I was exactly the same as you. Ate and drank like a horse.Lived life large and never put any weight on.
People always told me" You will never have to worry about being fat!'
Wrong!
Hit 38 and found the pounds.
Now they are my friends. Never leave home without them!!!

Eat loads of carbohydrates i.e. pasta, white bread and McDonald's but if you want to do it without having a heart attack I suggest protein like fish, white meat, cheese and milk.

perhaps this is your natural weight if you really want to put on weight visit a dietician they will be able to advise you how to do it in a healthy way

trust me it will go on soon enough i was really skinny when i was your age now i got fatter, just watch what you eat and dont drink to much acohol then you will stay slim. i wanted to be fatter now i dont i liked beening skinny. it was good for me. ted

do not over eat... eat more carbo..
see a doctor...he will help you to plan you diet to make you gain weight...

just wait till you hit your twentys or thirtys.... it piles on ......believe me......i was the same.
OR...... go see your GP and get checked out incase its your thyroid.
