so heres the deal... me n this girl have been talking to for about a month now... cant seem to figure each other out.. we know eachother way better than we did before becuase of hanging out alot and talking for the past month now.. but she just got out of a long relationship and i dont know if i should ask her anything too soon about how she feels about me...becuase i would hate risking our friendship and making things awkward.... i know we've got to know eachother really well and even when we hangout its usally just the 2 of us. and we usally end up having a pretty fun time 2gether.. but shes always more flirty on the phone than when we hang out ... what does that mean? is it the wrong time to do anything i will regret?

It's much easier to be flirty on the phone because it's safe. It's also easier because all you have to worry about is your words and your voice, not if your dress is riding up or you have lipstick on your teeth.

It's always the wrong time to do something you will regret.

Just let her get comfortable and let her decide what pace you're going to get to know each other at.

It sound like she hasn't truly loosened up yet. Talk on the phone is kind of a more comfortable situation where can really be herself without "repercussions". It's like an invisible wall. You may need to show her in some way that you won't judge her or show her your venerability so she can see that your someone that she can trust. Or she may just be kind of shy even with just you and again really hasn't loosened up. Telling her how you feel could be that venerabitiy that she needs to get closer to you.

Go with your instincts. It's probably not the right time to ask her out. She feels more secure on the phone than in person.
