it depends on prep, color, trim, texture and how cutting has to be done. is it the walls in a bottomless pit ,the ceiling of the astrodome,or a floor in a pool hall. one coat of latex usely dosent not cover. do you want a cheap paint job or a good paint job.

all painting contractors give free estimates so why ask here unless your trying to bid it yourself in which case your in over your head
