This sounds sketchy, but having a bowel movement usually speeds the process along for me. Followed by groups of water, a multi vitamin, groups of water, and another bowel movement. If you can handle V-8 juice, drink some of the Hot and Spice Picante version and you will be right as rain.

Bottle of lucozade (large and preferable orange flavour) large bacon buttie, lots of water, 2 nurofen and also i would suggest a sachet of the powder you have when you have diarreah mixed with water, you can pick them up at Boots etc. Works really well at putting all the salts back in your system, next time try and have one before you go to bed - works a treat!

WHATEVER YOU DO don't drink water it makes the hangover worse, drinking just one more brew when you wake up will help curb the hangover for now, in the future drink a glass of water before you pass out. This will help your body re-hydrate itself and make you feel much better the next day.

My hangover remedy is food, tylenol, and juice. Once you start to feel your high come down a little, drink some water to rehydrate yourself.

Coffee, coffee, coffee. It's what works best for me. You should also eat something like a sandwich or a soup. It'll get you through the day.

just keep drinking water...take a bottle with you and every time you finish it fill it up again...trust me, it rehydrates all the fluids in your body that the alcohol absorbed.
