IE's latest edition has tabbed browsing so that isn't an advantage of Firefox anymore. Firefox however has a Favorites Bar which I like. You can put sites you frequently visit on this bar and access it easily.

I use Firefox at home whre I access the Internet directly but use IE at work since Internet access is via a server. I've had a bit of a problem with Firefox at work...probably due to the server issue.

No, IE will not be removed if you download Firefox. You can also use both at the same time, provided your computer and Internet connection is good enough not to make it stall.

Firefox rocks its the best. It provides great security. IE is getting older. IE won't be removed if you download firefox. Google toolbar is good.

firefox is better for security reasons. it does not automatically uninstall IE. You'll always have iE. I'm not a toolbar kind of person, but I assume you can install the toolbars for both browsers, although I don't find the need to.

The toolbars are separate than the browsers.....hope this helps.

yup i have it. you still do have the choice to show the google toolbar by right clicking next to help and unchecking Google Toolbar. firefox is safer than ie7, you can look up the info. just google it and you can find out what's better. but hey, just download firefox with that tool bar and if you don't like, well just uninstall it and it'll be like nothing ever happened.

I don't use the Google Toolbar, and I spend quite alot of time surfing the net. A good anti-virus scanner, spyware scanner, the Adblock extension (Firefox) as well as the Stumble Upon extension are all you need for hours of uninterrupted web browsing.

yes it is safe to download these type of stuff from the internet as they just increase functionalityu of the browser and also make ur browser more compatible.
if u want to download these stuff then dowload them from its own website means either from google or from mozilla not from else as some of them provide u virus instead of these software as it happens with me.
