You are the product of all your experiences. Change one of them and you change what you are right now. You can't change the past...and wishing to do so is a waste of time. What you can change is how you feel about the past. If you have "regrets" about something that is history, mentally revisit the experience and recognize that you really did the best you could based on the information available to you at the time. Today you have more information than you had then...so today you might make a different decision. But that's today, not yesterday hen you made the decision. If you like the way you are now, and you really should, then don't worry about changing the past...since you can't. If you don't like the way you are now, learn to love yourself, to believe in yourself. Then you will realize that the great guy you are today is the result of all those past decisions. The truth is, you have never made a mistake in your life...and you never will. You will ALWAYS do the best you can with the information available to you when you make your next decision. Think about it. No more mistakes. Never were any. Sounds pretty good. And, it's true.

I wouldn't change anything. I've learned a lot of lessons, some the hard way. I may have done somethings backwards that other people didn't agree with but it's all part of my adventure. I'm happy with the choices I made in my life because they made me stronger and shaped me into the person I am now.

To be more expressive of my love to my parents and be affectionate to them.
Or, I could have taken the risk kissing my ultimate crush in college when we slept together.
Or, I would have stopped eating too much sweets so i don't need a set of false teeth.
Or, I wouldn't ask for anything to be changed at all because I am damn happy for what I have achieved in my life right now.
