Tom & Jerry
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1 tsp. Sugar
6 oz. Hot water milk, or coffee
Seperate egg in two bowls. Add Rum & Brandy to the yolk and beat together until frothy. In th other bowl beat the egg white until it peaks then add sugar and bet until stiff. Fold into the liqour mixture. Pour into a coffee mug and top with the water, milk or coffee.
Ready made batter can be store bought - for this simply add alcohol and water, milk or coffee.

Tom & Jerry Punch
1 Cup. Dark Rum
1 Bottle (750 ml) Brandy
6 Eggs*
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Hot water, milk, or coffee
Make same way as above
Or if you want a huge quantity, and with an extra something:
Tom and Jerry recipe
Ingredients
24 eggs
1/2 jigger rum
2 lb powdered sugar
1/2 jigger brandy
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 oz vanilla
To make the batter: beat egg whites stiff with electric beator. Add sugar gradually. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Add in half of the eggs yolks, and blend until smooth.
In a large mug fill with 1/2 batter, 2 shots of [60% rum and 40% brandy]. Balance with boiling hot water. Stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg.

TOM AND JERRY BATTER
12 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. butter, at room temperature
3 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, rum, or brandy flavoring
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
Beat egg whites until stiff; add salt. Beat egg yolks until light. Cream butter and powdered sugar; mix until crumbly. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well. Add spices. Add egg whites; beat until well blended. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator. May be frozen, if covered. Use 1 heaping tablespoon of batter for each Tom and Jerry.
