What do you think is the longest amount of time you should not reply to an email for, without making the other person think you are ignoring their requests. I am talking about a business email.

Depending on what they are requesting..
As in a large report... if its going to take some time to get it together..
Then message back giving them an idea of how long.

But if its only going to take an hour.. i would just do the report and message it back to them...

Again i like to respond as quickly so they know i have received it an im in action of what they need done.. or that it will be delayed.

Communication for businesses needs to be a high priority.
