I have had a headache since this morn and i have taken pain killers to stop it which they havent. Now the pain is worse and whenever i stand up i get this extremely painful throbbing in the right side of my head. any ideas on what it could be? have had it all day!

Certainly get her to a health facility! I've been there with excessive soreness. They in no way discovered whatever but at least I went they usually took the affliction away with soreness killers. Would be a migraine or some thing fairly critical. They have to do assessments to discover. Do not let her force. Get a neighbor to take her or name 9-1-1.

It could be sinus or migraine. To get relief since over the counter pain meds are not helping you need to go to urgent care and get this checked out.
