Just tell them whatever you think about them, whatever your heart tells you to, If you like someone don't be afraid to tell them that, maybe you may get your heart broken but that is a chance you must take. I think it would be the best, to just say hey, can i talk to you for a minute, then proceed to tell them how you feel and let them express what they are feeling. it's that easy..
