I really love my boyfriend of three years he moved to Texas about a year ago and i have some issues i had surgery and have to have two more my best friend isn't there for me and i feel alone the thing is there's this guy that really likes me and he's just like my boyfriend he wants to be with me but i love my boyfriend but i also need somebody with me right now while i'm going through my probalms

Do you love this guy or do you only need somebody? Does he know you have a boyfriend in Texas?
If you love this guy, then let go the one in Texas. He couldn't be with you when you need him.
If you still love your bf and only need this guy because you need somebody, then be frank with this guy that you have a bf but you need him at tough times. If he still like to be around you, that is his choice.
Having 2 bf would hurt somebody or everybody at the end.
