I would start out with 2 eggs and no more then 2 tablespoon of milk, a little salt and if you like a little pepper...and with a fork mix it
then melt some butter in a pan, pour in your mixture and stir until your eggs are the consitancy you like.
Some people add a little scallion to the eggs.
Bon Appetit

For 1 serving I would beat 2 eggs and a couple of tablespoons of milk for about 25 seconds. Heat a non-stick pan on high but don't over heat. Throw in a little butter and 5 seconds later, pour in the eggs. Let it sit for about 10 seconds and then start stirring/folding the eggs a little bit at a time until there's no more liquid. Cooking time shouldn't take more than a minute if you have the heat on high. Once all the liquid is gone, remove the pan from the heat right away unless you like well done scrambled eggs like the way McDonald's does it. That's more like an omelette. Remember to eat right away while it's piping hot!

You don't need milk for scrambled eggs. 2 eggs should serve 1-2 people. Just heat a pan up, but a knob of butter in the bottom then add the eggs and sitr with a wooden spoon until they, well..scramble.

If u want u can put two eggs and just about 1/3 cup of milm or water, if u want the eggs fluffy, throw in a blender then put in
the pan with a little butter. Melt the butter first then put in the egg
mixture, good luck!

Umm... I don't think you need milk, i just beat the eggs for a while and cook em' up on med heat. Throw some cheese or meat in there for some added flavor. Also remember to keep stirring, it keeps them soft and tasty : ) You can just do however many eggs you feel like eating.

Hope that helps.

In my opinion that's too much milk. I never measure it, I just eyeball it, but never as much as a cup. I'd say more of a half a cup. Then you beat the eggs and milk together. I suggest making bacon first and letting the eggs fry in a little bit of the grease from those. Then just keep pushing the eggs toward the middle. Sprinkle salt on top and flip the eggs as needed. Remove from heat source when they are cooked to your preference.

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add a little milk, not a cup. Stir until everything is yellow. Pour into greased pan on med to med high heat. Push around with a spatula until cooked.

Whoever said that milk and eggs is bad is WRONG. Sorry, y'all who said it but; fat (milk) is a flavor vehicle. the fat of the milk and the protiens of the egg compliment each other in ways that I have no way to explain here. Trust me, I've taken classes on this ****.

Water can be substituted, yes. But it has no fat to adhere the protiens and produce a good scramble.

Mix your eggs (4 to 2 Tables of milk, roughly). Throw into a HOT pan and have a rubber spatula ready to scramble. They are done when they appear almost ready.
trust me.

Don't add milk. Break the eggs in the heated pan (don't scramble in a bowl first) let them cook a little, than gently stir with a fork-lightly stiring will make fluffy eggs.

Adding milk to scrambled eggs does nothing. I add a small amount of water to them and it makes them steam up fluffly. Sometimes I don't bother adding anything, but if I do, its never milk. Somehow the eggs lose their flavor with milk. Yum, sounds good, I'm hungry lol Good Luck!
