Do you enjoy your job? Are there other problems in your life that you feel you can't control?
What changes would you make if you could? You sound depressed, but you should be looking at why you are depressed. Some depression can be treated by medication and yes, I think you should see a doctor. But it might be more helpful if you make some life changes.

I know. I joined a gym and tried to think about the tasks at hand rather than everything else that was happening. sleeping for 15 hours is a bit worrying, you should talk to your family or friends and the things you should be talking about are the things which most worry you.

Yes I have felt that way. In fact I feel that way right now and I have been diagnosed with depression. I hope that since you realize you have some problem you will decide to see a doctor and get help like I did. Good luck and God Bless you!

your descriding a symptom of depression you should see a doctor or a mental health professional. They can offer you some ways to cope with the stress in your life and maybe an antidepressant. excessive sleeping and the fact that your avoiding thinking and most likely dealing with the problems or issues in your life points to depression. best of luck

Almost all the time... once i wanted to sleep for three days ( and i do just that in the holidays) but just remember that life isn't so bad. There will always be things to look foward to, maybe not now, but surely later.

Get help. I suffer from depression and there is lots you can do to feel better. Exercise, talk, get sun light. Get a hobby. Even medications can help. Talk to a doctor. My grandad used to say, "I don't care if they're pumping me full of rat piss, if it makes me feel better, than its worth it!" Life is way to short to suffer all the time!!
