A used Honda S2000 from 2001 will be much lower then $25k, the 2005's are going in the high 24k right now

Depends on size you want. miatas are always fun. had one once. check on ebay - or carfax. carfax will be able to give you the car history -- and there are many links it helps you with to other dealers.
but overall, toyotas are the most reliable cars i've found, if that's a point for you.
