the programme doesnt respond, y is it so,i even downloaded the new version of winamp . help

just reinstall it and restart the PC once. it should work
may be your winamp download setup file is corrupted try downloading agsin if first option does not work.
i suggest use real player which is much advanced.

delete the the icon on the desktop,
click on>>>my computer or windows explore
click on>>> programs folder
click on>>> winamp folder and open it up,
look for winamp icon double click on it to see if it starts the program if it do then it works if it don't the go to add remove programs and uninstall it and then reinstall the new version,

Unistall all the winamp editions and then do the installation of the winamp. It will works now.
