Actions speak louder than words, dont just merely go by the vibes, they could be wrong. give him a chance to prove himself thru actions. remember someone really loves you when he gives you two things:
1) his time
2) his attention
it may not be possible to always have his time and attention but if you know hes making a genuine effort.. then its worth staying in the relationship!

Healthy relationships don't include guessing games and constant states of confusion and anxiety. If your partner gives you mixed signals, and his actions are not in sync with the stuff he's telling you...it's time to go.
Healthy relationships are easy - you want to be together, there's no weird back-and-forthing about where the other one stands, and there is no anxiety and confusion. Find someone who can give you what you deserve. And listen to your gut - if you are "feeling" that something is not right, then something probably is not right. Make sure, however, that your "gut feelings" are not simply being triggered by your own insecurities or issues - but if you are getting bad feelings about where the man stands, then just move on.

Well if in your heart you are not feeling it then I would have to say it is over. Listen to that feeling and it will lead you to the right path. I have been there and not listened to it and ended up in a really bad situation that i could have avoided and been better off. If you feel it is over then call it and no matter what he says stick to your choice, don't let him persuade you to stay or change your mind. Also he can tell that you feel that way and he will do what he can to stop it so he can keep you.

Drop his ***!!! You don't need to be confused about the future of your relationship, if you are then you're on a bad course...or just let him know he's confusing you, then see what happens, but really though don't let him manipulate your feelings...
