you need to lose at least 10 kilos. dont worry dear! its normal to put on wt in ur early teens, drink a lot of warm water, avoid chips, pizzas, chocolates. self control is the most important thing... i would not suggest you to join the gym at this age, however take walks and go for jogs! dont worry.. it'll be fine! good luck

First off, if you think of yourself as a big lump of fat, then you are going to just do things to make you continuously be that lump of fat, which I don't believe you truly are.
Change the way you think. Think of your body as if you've already lost the weight.
Do you know what you want to look like? This is important to know what you want to look like and then you can take action to achieving that look.

First don't stress and be nice to yourself. Second set a realistic goal. If you want to loose 5 kilos give yourself until May (that's about as fast as can be done safely). Second make a plan to reach that goal. Maybe cut out a fatty food until you hit your goal like butter or mayonnaise or oil. Then exercise at something you like at least 30 minutes 3 times per week. Walk, run, tennis, just be consistent. You'll be da bomb by summer.

If you are not a sport girl, then go on a diet. But a healthy one and you have to stick with it. Use oliver oil. Cut pork off your diet, take more vegetables and fresh fruits. If possible, have salad for dinner and dont eat anything after 7 pm.
