Only if it is children who refuse to listen to their parents.
Actually, there are verses against learning and listening if it conflicts with religious teachings. Hence the whole "false prophets" spreading "false messages" warnings. The so-called "false prophets" weren't actually leading people astray, they were just challenging long held religious beliefs and practices (like the world is flat and the universe revolves around it, etc).

The Bible says that at Armegeddon two groups of people will be destroyed by God: 1. Those who do not know God (meaning those who have chosen not to know him), and 2. Those who do not obey him. I think that is pretty simple. We all have the choice.
