You can go to a near by salon ( that's in your budget) and talk to a hairstylist about getting your hair back to it's natural form, then either get an relaxer or I forgot the name but a Japanese thermal straightener. The stylist will know what you are talking about if not they will send you to a salon that does. But the Japanese straightener will be like $6-800 dollars. You could by a relaxer and/or the Japanese straightener at the local sally's and other beauty supply house's in your area. But going over the counter might get the job done but could cause even more damage to your hair strands. So just talk to a stylist about what you should do. It's good to use a shampoo and other hair products for what you do to your hair daily. If you use heat or flat irons alot use flat iron protection spray or thermal protection shampoo and conditioners or if you color it alot use color treated shampoo's.
